Tartiflette

YUM!

Last night I made the yummiest French autumn recipe. It’s called tartiflette. It’s a potato, wine, cheese, onion and bacon main course. Here’s the link to the recipe. You can substitute gruyere, swiss, muenster, or gouda cheese if you don’t have reblochon. And any white wine will do. One more hint: be sure to salt the potatoes between layers.
