I was driving along Highway 66, minding my own minivanning business. NPR gently spoke to me–something about living wills and end of life issues. I don’t know why I turned to look to the right, but I did. And I’m so glad.
How often in life do you see a girl/woman in blonde dreadlocks riding a unicycle in a grassy field along Highway 66? I scarce think it’s but once in a lifetime.
Ah the beauty and ridiculousness of life! God must’ve known I needed an oddball diversion like the unicycle riding, grass-hugging, dread-wearing girl. Maybe it made Him smile to see me smile at the sight.
