I’ve walked this shard-laden journey too. And I’ve learned a lot about the healing journey. (I still struggle, though. I don’t want you to think I’ve “arrived.”)

And every single day, I will pray for you. Because I believe in the power of prayer. And, yet, I also know that you may have suffered under well-meaning prayer. My hope is that the prayers at the end of every email will open up the darkness, shed light on what’s been hidden, and gently lead you toward greater stability, strength, and confidence.
You are not alone.
You may feel alone, like you’re the only one in the world who struggles with this maddening violation. You may cry into your pillow at night, believing that no one hears your pleas. You may feel like you keep circling back around to the past sexual abuse, like it’s a beacon you’re insatiably drawn to. I validate all these feelings because I’ve felt the same way.
Even so, I believe in hope. I believe God heals. I believe that you are never beyond His grasp. I believe light shatters darkness. So I invite you to choose to do the ultimate in self-care today and embark on 21 days of healing.
