We were blessed to have my grandparents in town last weekend. I’m so proud of them for driving from Seattle to Texas. They’re in their 80s, and both are doing so well. Nana’s memory astounds me. She can remember anything! And my grandfather (I call him Bopo) sat down with Aidan while they poured over World War II aircraft books. Julia, of course, entertained us all.

We went out to eat, ate in, went shopping, and saw a soccer game. It was lovely to see my grandparents, as it had been nearly a year since we saw them last.
