A new tidbit about the book

I wrote this book for a female audience, but I’m grateful that Bill joined the launch team and shared his perspective. Men and women both struggle to believe their worth–that’s a universal truth.

And now onto today’s testimony: Bill Nichols, PhD.

Doesn’t he seem friendly? (He is!)

In Bill’s words, “Mary DeMuth’s Worth Living: How God’s Wild Love for You Makes You Worthy is a thoughtful, sensitive, and encouraging book that stirs your conscience as well as your heart. Mary walks hand in hand with the reader and especially women who are seeking to overcome the scars of abuse. Her biblically based counsel is excellent, and her overall tone is non-threatening and encouraging. While Mary’s message is gentle and caring, it’s also full of tough-love and straightforward truth. I appreciate her simple, easy-to-read, down-to-earth advice like, ‘We must become a bit cynical when someone comes along with a surefire method. Because ultimately kingdom math doesn’t come close to the world’s math.’ Worth Living is worthy of your time.” Bill Nichols, PhD, Pastor, Seminary Professor, Author of Healthy Faith

  1. Ayla

It is so nice to get a male perspective, Bill! I think men struggle with worth just as much as women but we live in a culture that doesn’t make much room for it. Choosing to be on the launch time & promoting Mary’s book sends such a strong message of support & encouragement to men to settle their worth in Christ too. & yes Mary’s book is the perfect balance between love & truth. Blessings!

I agree, Ayla. Bill, thank you for your help and words!
