How Our Stories Intersected

Fran and I met officially at my hairdresser’s place! (My hairdresser, Michelle, is amazing and she is a connector to the core). Fran then came to the Rockwall Christian Writers Group. She had a book about grief that she wanted our feedback on. Not too long after, she and her husband Howard started Authenticity Book House. It’s an amazing ministry! They resource theologically under-resourced countries by using native translators (usually pastors). They also run a publishing company for authors that gives generous royalty splits, and they allow authors to keep their copyrights. I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside ABH for the past year.

In this episode we talk about Fran’s growing up in Indonesia, her stint (long) at a boarding school, her growing up years after coming to the USA, meeting her first husband, their journey through his brain tumor diagnosis, Fran’s grief journey after losing him, and where she finds herself today.
