3 -15 – Chrystal Hurst

May 22, 2017Restory Show

Chrystal Hurst is a mother of five, and she has an incredible story. She’s a speaker and writer who also happens to be the daughter of prolific pastor Tony Evans. She also has a podcast called Chrystal’s Chronicles. Her latest book is releasing this summer, and it looks to be amazing:

How Our Stories Intersected

Chrystal and I met the first time when I interviewed her for today’s episode. I can tell you this: we are sisters in the way we adore the Bible and long to see people walk closely with Jesus. We both had interesting intersections in our stories and similar passions.

In this episode, Chrystal shares her own story of a surprise pregnancy and single motherhood. She encourages us all that our stories aren’t over, even when we may think they are. [“Her past didn’t negate her future. Instead, God transformed both. Hear @chrystalhurst’s healing story.”]

As in all my episodes, I pray for you at the end. It’s my sincere hope that you’ll walk away from the Restory Show changed and challenged.

The End

  • If this episode has literally knocked your socks off (sorry if your feet are now cold), would you please consider telling your friends and enemies and pets?
  • And leaving a review will help get the restory show in many more earbuds. Thanks in advance!

Thanks so much for having Chrystal on your podcast! I loved listening to her tell of all that God has taught her, of who she is in Him and how she has value, no matter what has happened in her life. That is so important for us as Christian women to know and understand that we have value in God’s eyes. This is so much different than just knowing how much He loves us.
I’ve been a Christian for over 50 years, but it was like a new revelation to hear these words. I am going to remember this truth!
Thanks so much for this podcast and all the others!
I love them all, and learn so much from each one!
