After meeting with an editor at the Write To Publish conference I hurried over to Panera on my dinner break. With a 2 1/2 hour break I decided to get working on my to-do list that formed while at the conference. One to-do I added this morning when the book editors panel recommended starting a blog and visiting others' blogs. So here I am; encouraged and in awe once again by the nearness of my God. The book idea I presented just an hour ago was about the woman at the well and Jesus' invitation to drink and thirst no more. I praise God that He is intimately acquainted with all my ways and speaks to me each day. Can't wait to get back to the conference and hear what God has to say through you. PS to anyone who wants to write but don't know what steps to take I highly recommend attending a writers' conference. Having never attended a conference I didn't know what to expect but the Write to Publish Conference exceeded my expectations and I feel as if I've gained a semesters worth of information and training.
